Just say no to Nano.

music: Just turned off The Dre
Just say no to ipod nano, talk about orders of magnitude yo. I'm listening to A Love Supreme this minidisk has On the Corner, and The Chronic, except for the last song, so I'm definitely going to have to delete another track and stick "The Roach (outro)" on there. But it's enough to get me to stick with md for now, the incremental cost is so cheap, like 60 or 80, I can't remember what I paid for these disks, I got the 74 instead of the 80 minute ones. So I want a 60 gig sd card. Yeah, like if you bought a brick Ipod, how did you feel when Jobs dropped the nano, so I just want a large sd card to work in my Tungsten and my Treo 700p. No, actually, minidisk is mad inconvenient. It doesn't work except with line-out from the mac, so I have to do all the transfers at my office. So, It's cool to d/l at the office, let it run all night. Or I can carry files to the office on sd or send by gspace, so it's trouble.
Oh yeah, there was supposed to be a just say no connection to this music video, featuring First Lady Nancy Reagan Stop the Madness</

B.J.'s Quickstop
Apr. 9th, 2006 | 11:54 pm
Just got off the horn with B.J. herself of B.J.'s QuickStop, pictured above in daytime and nighttime. Sunday morning is about as slow in Ada, OK as it is here in Nanjing, China on my day off. Well, all this here blogging don't really bring me any closer to my family none, does it? That's what skype is for. Found some nice DIY plans for a microphone pre-amp sos I could record into the line-in on my minidisk. I'd like to podcast some of my English classes, why not, eh? Now, I guess I could go to sleep. Why doesn't this pick up the Itunes track that I'm never listening to? You see the one today that podcasting is stealing listeners who would give in to the pledge drives on public radio? Oh well. Yeah, I turned a dollar on the Bootcamp XP on apple hardware story. I want to start bloggin about stuff that happens in China instead of this pseudo English-based non-Carbon existence I have in cyberspace.
